Welcome to Physical EducationSkills for a lifetime of Fitness
Parents: Sneakers are required daily for all students. Please work with your child on a method of becoming more responsible for remembering.
K-4 are Working on Cardiovascular (Heart and Lungs) skills and activities. They use x-country running and tag games to build endurance for a more developmental experience.
Kindergarten and 1st grades are also focusing on Locomotor Movement skills of Hopping, Skipping Galloping and Sliding as they build coordination skills as well.
Special Events:Punt, Pass and Kick is back for 8-10 year olds in the elementary school. Last year we had 2 compete in Buffalo. They took 4th Place!!!
Volleyball Players: Get ready...the season is just around the corner.
Note: Most all Practices will be 4:00 or later.. Please plan accordingly!!!
