WESTMORELAND, N.Y.- Westmoreland Central School sophomore Emma Szarek delivered an outstanding performance at the State Qualifier Track and Field Meet held on June 5th at Cicero-North Syracuse, taking first place in the Pentathlon.
Szarek’s victory not only marks a major personal achievement, but also earns her a spot in the New York State Championships, where she will proudly represent both Westmoreland and Section III this weekend.
The district extends its heartfelt congratulations to Emma on this incredible accomplishment, as well as a special shout-out to her dedicated coaches, Greg Williams and Jason Livingston, for their guidance and support throughout the season.
