February 6 marked a special evening for the Westmoreland Boys Varsity Basketball program as the team celebrated Senior Night, honoring three outstanding members of the Class of 2026 for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to Bulldog basketball.

The seniors recognized during the ceremony were Preston Wickham, Josiah Derrick, and Evan Saxton. Each student-athlete was celebrated prior to the game alongside family, friends, teammates, coaches, and fans for the contributions they have made to the program throughout their high school careers.

Senior Night is a meaningful tradition that recognizes not only athletic achievement, but also the countless hours of practice, perseverance, teamwork, and school pride these students have demonstrated on and off the court. Preston, Josiah, and Evan have each played an important role in representing Westmoreland with sportsmanship and determination.

The Westmoreland community congratulates Preston Wickham, Josiah Derrick, and Evan Saxton and wishes them continued success and the best of luck in all their future endeavors.

A special thank you is extended to the Westmoreland Sports Boosters for organizing and supporting the Senior Night celebration, helping to make the evening memorable for our athletes and their families.
