Mrs. Cleveland’s Anatomy and Physiology class recently completed a creative and engaging Board Game Project. Students were challenged to step into the role of board game designers and develop an original game that would help Westmoreland students review key concepts of the Cardiovascular System.
As part of the assignment, students incorporated important topics they have studied, including the pathway of blood through the heart, lungs, and body. The goal was to present this complex material in a fun, interactive, and educational way that could be used as a learning tool for others.
The finished projects showcased students’ creativity, teamwork, and strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Each game offered a unique approach to reinforcing course content while making learning both enjoyable and memorable.
Take a look at what our awesome students created and see how learning comes to life beyond the classroom!
