The Westmoreland Central School District community is deeply saddened by the loss of Christine K. Calogero, a dedicated member of the Board of Education who served since 2019 and most recently as Vice President. Christine’s unwavering commitment to education, her thoughtful leadership, and her passion for supporting students and staff have left a lasting impact on our district.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Christine’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her legacy will continue to inspire the work we do every day.
In honor of Christine’s service and dedication, the Community Foundation has established the Christine K. Calogero Memorial Supporting Students & Faculty of Westmoreland CSD Fund. This memorial fund will provide ongoing support for educational programs that benefit both students and staff, helping to carry forward the values and vision Christine championed.
Tax-deductible donations can be made at any time, and memorial contributions in Christine’s name are now being accepted. We invite community members, alumni, and friends to consider contributing as a meaningful way to celebrate Christine’s life and her enduring impact on Westmoreland.
