trip

The Class of 2026 recently embarked on an unforgettable senior trip, celebrating the end of their high school journey with an exciting adventure through Boston and New England. Filled with sightseeing, recreation, and time spent together, the trip provided students with lasting memories just days before graduation.

Throughout the excursion, students experienced some of the region’s most iconic attractions. They explored historic Quincy Market, enjoyed a unique Boston Duck Tour, and cheered on the Boston Red Sox as they faced the Texas Rangers at the legendary Fenway Park. The itinerary also included a thrilling day of rides and entertainment at Six Flags New England.

Beyond the city, students ventured into the White Mountains, taking a scenic gondola ride to the summit of Loon Mountain and enjoying the natural beauty of Echo Lake State Park, where they spent time hiking, swimming, and exploring. They also had the opportunity to relax with swimming and outdoor games at the North Conway Grand Hotel, creating even more opportunities to bond with classmates.

The trip was a wonderful way for seniors to celebrate their accomplishments, reflect on their years together, and make one last set of memories before graduation.

A special thank you goes to Nick Darrah, Kristyn Cutler, Carrie O'Grady, and Ryan O'Grady for serving as chaperones and helping make this incredible experience possible. Their time, dedication, and support ensured that students had a safe, enjoyable, and memorable trip.

As the Class of 2026 prepares to walk across the graduation stage, this senior trip will undoubtedly remain one of the highlights of their final year at Westmoreland. Congratulations to our seniors, and best wishes as they begin the next exciting chapter of their lives!
