Westmoreland Central School District is proud to congratulate three outstanding student musicians who have been selected for All-State honors through the New York State School Music Association (NYSSMA).
This year’s honorees are:
Clara Johnson
— Mixed Choir, Alto I
Nicolas Rentzis
— Mixed Choir & Alternate, Percussion
Madison Robinson
— Treble Choir, Soprano II
These students earned their All-State selections based on their solo festival performances in May, demonstrating exceptional musical preparation, talent, and dedication. They were selected from among hundreds of talented student musicians from across New York State, making this achievement a tremendous accomplishment.
Being selected for a NYSSMA All-State ensemble is a significant honor and reflects the countless hours of practice, preparation, and commitment these students have devoted to their music. Their accomplishments are a wonderful representation of the talent and dedication found throughout the Westmoreland music program.
We are incredibly proud of Clara, Nicolas, and Madison and all they have accomplished. Their hard work and passion for music continue to inspire their fellow students and make our entire school community proud.
