Westmoreland Central School

On Monday, December 11, students were selected and invited to attend  a day-long event at the Hartford Insurance Group. Students learned workplace skills required to gain employment, developed interpersonal skills, cooperation skills, established positive relationships, prepared for leadership; and what it takes to lead. Students worked collaboratively to create an entrepreneurship. Each group presented to a panel of Hartford Insurance Group employees and 1st place winners received iPads, 2nd and 3rd place winners received Amazon gift cards, and Dunkin Donut gift cards.
