Fifteen students were selected to represent the Westmoreland Central School District at the Area All-State Festival in Fulton on November 17 - - the most ever for the district.
Westmoreland’s students joined fellow musicians from Oneida, Herkimer, Madison and Oswego counties to perform a concert. Collectively, the students represent the top three percent of all high school musicians in the four county region.
