Three student-athletes on the Westmoreland Boys and Girls Varsity Indoor Track and Field teams were named Center State Conference (CSC) Division II first team all-stars.
Gabriella Ramirez (shot put and weight throw); Kyle Meagher (sprints); and Caleb Miller (sprints) all received the honor.
Ramirez was second on the CSC Division II seasonal leaderboard in both the shot and weight throws and was a sectional and state qualifier meet participant. At the Varsity Indoor Track and Field end of the season banquet, she received the Most Outstanding Field Athlete award.
Meagher was first on the CSC Division II seasonal leaderboard in the 55-meter dash and was a member of the league winning 4 x 200-meter relay team. At the Varsity Indoor Track and Field end of the season banquet, he received the Most Outstanding Runner award.
Miller was the CSC Division II champion in the 55-meter dash and was a member of the league winning 4 x 200-meter relay team. At the Varsity Indoor Track and Field end of the season banquet, he received the Most Valuable Runner award for being the top points earner for Westmoreland during the season.
Both Meagher and Miller qualified for the Section III Class C Meet. Miller finished second in the 55-meter dash and the boys 4 x 200-meter relay team including Miller, Anthony Moreland, Johann Bratge and Jadyn Weston, also finished second.
Moreland and Bratge were named CSC Division II honorable mentions.
