“Ever since kindergarten, I’ve wanted to be a teacher,” Miss Matwijec said. “I want to make a difference in my students’ lives. No one ever forgets a meaningful teacher who had an impact on their life.”
In her spare time, Miss Matwijec enjoys golfing, fishing, kayaking and spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers for the Joseph Michael Chubbuck Foundation.
“Since graduating from Westmoreland, I’ve had the chance to see multiple school districts,” Miss Matwijec said. “Westmoreland always stood out to me – not just the school district, but the community as well. It’s something I’ve always wanted to be a part of.”
Welcome (back) to Westmoreland, Miss Matwijec!
