RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Westmoreland Central School District in the County of Oneida, State of New York, by and hereby is authorized to expend $23,643,089 for the 2021-2022 school year, and to levy the necessary tax therefore.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Westmoreland Central School District in the County of Oneida, State of New York, by and hereby is authorized to purchase two (2) 66-passenger school buses and one (1) 48-passenger wheel-chair school bus for a total of $412,032, or so much therefore as may be necessary, and to levy a tax on the taxable property of the School District.

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Westmoreland Central School District be authorized to expend the maximum amount of $80,000 from the 2016 Capital Reserve Fund for the purpose of construction, reconstruction and equipping of school district buildings and other facilities, as well as other incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith.
