In early June, third grade students showcased their creativity.
After reading the book, “My Father’s Dragon,” each student made a diorama about their favorite part. On June 9, the dioramas were displayed in the Upper Elementary School cafeteria for all third grade students to view.
“My Father’s Dragon” is a children's novel by Ruth Stiles Gannett about a young boy, Elmer Elevator, who runs away to Wild Island to rescue a baby dragon.
Great job, third graders!
