Attention Parents/Guardians:
Students trying out for a modified, junior varsity or varsity sport this fall can receive the required physical through the school district. 
A nurse practitioner will be at the Jr./Sr. High School nurse’s office on Monday, August 16, from 9:30 a.m.-11:45 a.m., and is accepting appointments for physicals.
To make an appointment, please call the Athletics Department at (315) 557-2658 by Friday, August 13.
