Tori Weaver is joining the Westmoreland Central School District as a speech therapist.

Tori, who will serve the entire district, was formally appointed to the position by the Board of Education on September 14, 2021. Her first official day will be October 18, 2021.

Tori earned her Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from The College of Saint Rose. She completed her clinical fellowships in July 2021.

When asked why she chose the Westmoreland Central School District, Tori referenced the district’s strong reputation.

“I chose Westmoreland because I know it has always been a wonderful district due to growing up nearby,” Tori said.

Tori is also motivated to work with children.

“I wanted to be a speech therapist in an education setting because I love that I can track students’ progress and watch them meet their goals,” Tori explained.

In her spare time, Tori enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also is a volunteer Pop Warner cheerleading coach in Sauquoit.

“I am so excited to begin my journey at the Westmoreland Central School District,” Tori chimed.

Welcome to Westmoreland, Tori!
