Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from Syracuse University and Master’s degree in Adolescence Education from Utica College. She previously was a long-term tenth grade English Language Arts substitute teacher at Whitesboro High School and early childhood educator at Building Blocks CNY.

When asked why she chose Westmoreland, Christina pointed to the district’s stakeholders.

“The tight-knit community is what pulled me in,” Christina said. “I love the bond between students and faculty.”

In her spare time, Christina enjoys drawing and playing recreational sports with friends. While a student at Syracuse University, she also was president of Habitat for Humanity, where she helped build houses for those in need.

“I love the communal aspects of education and being able to help students achieve their goals,” Christina added. “I am very excited to be a bulldog and I look forward to meeting the community.”

Welcome to Westmoreland, Christina!
