A total of 1,015 tickets were sold, the most ever for a Westmoreland musical.

Each of the two performances featured several student actors “flying” on stage. ZFX specializes in flying effects, including performer flying effects, theatrical flying systems and scenic automation.

“It’s an awesome opportunity not every school has,” senior cast member Julia Hutchins said of performing at the Stanley Theater.

“For many of our student actors, performing at the Stanley Theater is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and something I hope will spur continued interest in our music program,” Mrs. Davis, musical director and Jr./Sr. High School music teacher added. “I would like to thank the Board of Education and district administration for their support and making this possible.”

Thank you to everyone who purchased a ticket to attend one of the performances!
