Artwork by senior Realynn Osborne was selected to be displayed at the annual “Art: The Common Thread” teacher-student exhibit. Osborne’s artwork will be displayed alongside artwork by Jr./Sr. High School Art Teacher Mrs. Notaro.
The teacher-student exhibit will be located at the Cinema Capitol Gallery, 230 W. Dominick Street, Rome. A special opening reception is scheduled for Friday, March 4, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The exhibit will be open through April 29.
“Realynn is one of my most creative and driven art students,” Mrs. Notaro said. “I am so excited to display my artwork next to hers.”
The teacher-student exhibit is sponsored by the Madison-Oneida BOCES Art Professional Learning Community (PLC). Dozens of pieces of artwork by 20 PLC member teachers and selected student artists from nine local school districts, including Westmoreland, will be on display.
