Parents/Guardians of 7th and 8th Grade Students,
This spring, NYS school districts will be administering the 7th and 8th grade ELA and Mathematics examinations, as well as the 8th grade Science examination. Below are the dates for the examinations. 
ELA Examination for 7th and 8th
Session 1 – Thursday, March 31st
Session 2 – Friday, April 1st
Math Examination for 7th and 8th
Session 1 – Thursday, April 28th
Session 2 – Friday, April 29th
Science Examination for 8th
Performance Test the week of May 24th
Written Test – Monday, June 6th
We will begin the testing procedures and directions at 7:45 AM sharp. All 7th grade students will report to the cafeteria on testing days, and all 8th grade students will report to the auditorium on testing days. This year, all students will be taking computer-based examinations, so please be sure your child charges his/her chromebook the night before each test.
