Dear Primary Elementary Families:

The start of the 2022-2023 school year has been a busy and exciting time for our students. At the Westmoreland Central School District, we pride ourselves on being a team and working together with our families to provide the best education and support for our children. Communication between home and school is essential for our children’s success. As we prepare for our annual parent-teacher conferences, we look forward to partnering with you to ensure your child is having a great year. The Primary Elementary conferences will be held in-person on Friday, November 18, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Monday, November 21, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Teachers will be posting a sign-up sheet in their Google Classrooms for parents to choose a time that they would like to have a meeting. That sign-up sheet will be available by Friday, October 21, at 3:30 p.m. It will be first come, first serve and I ask that you please not delete or change any scheduled meetings. Please contact your child’s teacher if you need to find an alternative time due to scheduling conflicts. 

Please note that Friday, November 18, and Friday, November 21, are half days and students will be dismissed early. Buses will pick-up at the Primary Elementary at 11:45 a.m. and parent pick-ups will be at 11:50 a.m. Lunch will NOT be served on these days. Copies of report cards for the first marking period will be distributed at the conferences.
